About CalcuCloser

CalcuCloser is a sales performance and commission tracker built for the person doing the selling.

Your CRM tracks the deal. It does not track you. It cannot tell you what a single call is worth, whether your close rate is moving, or how far you are from the number that decides your month. CalcuCloser is the layer that does, and it belongs to the rep.

What it tracks

  • Close rate by stage and deal size.
  • Average deal size.
  • Show rate.
  • Time to close.
  • Commissions earned, projected, and paid.
  • Goal progress.
  • Weekly comparisons and six-month trends.

Why it exists

Reps don't burn out from work. They burn out from not seeing progress.

Work out what one call is worth and the week changes shape. If your average deal is $9,000 and you close one in thirty conversations, every call on your calendar is worth $300 whether it goes well or not. Reps who know that number show up differently to call number twenty-nine.

Most reps end up rebuilding this in a spreadsheet that dies in week three. This is what replaces it.

What it is not

  • Not a CRM. A CRM stores the company's record of the deal. CalcuCloser stores the rep's record of their own performance. Different owner, different question.
  • Not a commission calculator. Commission is one of the numbers it tracks. It is a performance data layer, and the commission view is the part reps open first.
  • Not a manager surveillance tool. The data belongs to the rep. Teams can share a view, but the account travels with the person.

Log deals by talking

CalcuCloser connects to whichever AI assistant you already use, through MCP. You say "closed the Henderson deal, forty thousand" and it lands in your tracker. No dashboard to log into, no Friday admin ritual that quietly dies.

Tracking that survives a bad week is the only tracking that survives at all.

Pricing

$49 per month for an individual. $39 per seat per month for teams. Annual billing available. Prices include VAT and sales tax, so the number you see is the number you pay, wherever you are. Billing and invoices are handled by Stripe.

Sales Performance Sprint clients keep CalcuCloser for the length of the engagement, included.

Who makes it

CalcuCloser is built by Velisi, a revenue intelligence and sales performance ecosystem for B2B teams selling high-ticket, consultative deals. Velisi was founded by Anna Sivén, who spent fifteen years in high-ticket sales and has coached more than fifty salespeople.

CalcuCloser is live today and works on its own. It is also the performance layer underneath the wider Velisi ecosystem. Velisi Core, the AI coaching product for the human side of sales, runs with selected sales teams who come in through an application and consideration process, so coaching is something you can add later rather than something you buy off the shelf.
