Connect an AI assistant to CalcuCloser

Once connected, your assistant can read your sales, products and monthly numbers, and log new deals or call activity for you. You stay signed in as yourself, so it only ever sees your own data.

This is the address you paste into your assistant. Copy it now, you will need it in the steps below.

Connect your assistant

ChatGPT

  1. 1Open ChatGPT Apps settings and turn on Developer mode. Read the risk notice ChatGPT shows there. If the option is missing, ask a ChatGPT admin to turn it on for you.
  2. 2Open the new plugin dialog.
  3. 3Put CalcuCloser in the name field and paste the server address in the URL field.
  4. 4Review the details, tick "I understand and want to continue", then click Create. ChatGPT shows that warning for every custom server.
  5. 5Enable CalcuCloser from the chat composer, then ask ChatGPT to use it.

Claude

  1. 1Open the Claude custom connector dialog. The name and address are filled in for you.
  2. 2Review the details and click Add.
  3. 3If the dialog does not open, go to Claude Connectors, choose Add custom connector, name it CalcuCloser and paste the server address.
  4. 4Enable the connector from the chat composer, then ask Claude to use it.

Claude Code

  1. 1Run this in a terminal:claude mcp add --scope user --transport http calcucloser 'https://calcucloser.velisi.io/mcp'
  2. 2Start Claude Code and run /mcp to confirm CalcuCloser is connected. Sign in from that menu when it asks.
  3. 3Ask Claude Code to use CalcuCloser.

Other MCP clients

  1. 1Open the assistant's MCP server or custom connector settings.
  2. 2Create a new remote server connection.
  3. 3Name it CalcuCloser and paste the server address.
  4. 4Finish the sign in prompt so it connects as your account.
  5. 5Enable the connection, then ask the assistant to use it.

Refresh after we ship changes

Assistants remember what CalcuCloser could do the day you connected. When new abilities land, refresh the connection so your assistant sees them.

ChatGPT

  1. 1Open the ChatGPT Plugins page and select CalcuCloser.
  2. 2Scroll to Information and click Refresh.
  3. 3ChatGPT cannot change an existing address. If the address above changed, delete the app and connect again with the new one.
  4. 4Start a new chat and ask ChatGPT to use CalcuCloser.

Claude

  1. 1Open the Connectors page and select CalcuCloser.
  2. 2Refresh or update the connector.
  3. 3Claude cannot change an existing address. If the address above changed, remove the connector and add it again.
  4. 4Ask Claude to use CalcuCloser.

Claude Code

  1. 1Start a new Claude Code session. It picks up the latest abilities on connect.
  2. 2If the address changed, run claude mcp remove calcucloser and run the install command again.
  3. 3Ask Claude Code to use CalcuCloser.

Other MCP clients

  1. 1Open the assistant's MCP server or connector settings.
  2. 2Select the connection you made for CalcuCloser.
  3. 3Refresh the tool list, reload the server or reconnect it.
  4. 4If the address changed, paste the new one from above.
  5. 5Start a new chat and ask the assistant to use CalcuCloser.

What the assistant can do

Everything runs as you, on your own data. Your assistant can read your dashboard totals and goal progress, your performance for a week, month or quarter against the period before it, your objections and win and loss reasons, your offers and pay schedules, your upcoming paydays and what is due on them, your products and your recent sales. It can also log for you: a sale, a day of calls, or a full sales conversation with its outcome, which creates the deal, the commission and the payment schedule the same way the app does.

It cannot see anyone else's numbers, change your billing, or delete anything. Ask it to confirm details with you before it logs something.
