Question 1

Does Miibu record our calls?

Accepted Answer

No. He never joins or records a call. Reps tell him what happened, or paste a transcript they already have.

Question 2

Can our managers read the coaching conversations?

Accepted Answer

No. Managers see numbers and patterns. The conversation is the rep's.

Question 3

Do we need ChatGPT or Claude accounts?

Accepted Answer

No. Miibu lives inside CalcuCloser. If a rep prefers their own ChatGPT or Claude, they can connect CalcuCloser there too.

Question 4

Which languages does Miibu speak?

Accepted Answer

He replies in the language the rep speaks, including Finnish, Swedish, German, Portuguese, French, Spanish and English.

Question 5

Does our data train AI?

Accepted Answer

No. Data sharing with the model provider is switched off.

Question 6

What happens after launch week?

Accepted Answer

New customers pay the new price. Everyone who started during launch week keeps their price for two years.

Question 7

How does onboarding work?

Accepted Answer

You talk to Miibu. Tell him how your company sells: what you sell, to whom, prices, commissions, campaigns, and how you want your reps to sell. He shows what he understood as cards, you confirm each one, and your reps are coached your way from their first call. It takes about five minutes.

Question 8

How do reps join my team?

Accepted Answer

You get a team code at the end of setup. Your reps register with that code and land in your team. Their numbers show in your team view. Their coaching conversations stay theirs.

Question 9

Can I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Yes, any time, from the billing page. Cancelling keeps your access until the end of the paid period.

Question 10

How many voice minutes are included?

Accepted Answer

Every plan includes 120 voice minutes a month for talking with Miibu out loud. Chat with Miibu is unlimited and never uses voice minutes.

Question 11

What do I see as a leader?

Accepted Answer

Numbers and patterns: close rates, show rates, the objections that keep coming back, where deals stall, and a forecast built on how each rep actually performs. Never the coaching conversation.

Question 12

What does Miibu do for me as a rep?

Accepted Answer

He coaches you before and after calls, keeps your commission math straight, turns rejection into math by showing what every dial is worth, and helps you see a slow week for what it is instead of the last bad call.

Question 13

Does my manager see what I write to Miibu?

Accepted Answer

No. Your manager sees your numbers, never your coaching conversation. That boundary is the reason the numbers are worth reading.

Question 14

Do I need a credit card to try it?

Accepted Answer

You can register and look around first. Checkout happens only when you choose a plan, and it is handled by Stripe.
